A couple of things:

* I want credit in your book for breaking the JSS story on Tuesday. No royalties necessary, just an ice cold Labatt's Blue.
* Why would Journey officially hire JSS if they had doubts about him singing the classics? They had the perfect opportunity to treat him as a fill in for Augeri, thank him for his time and move on. Nobody hurt.
* Who does JSS feel really stabbed him in the back? He must have been close to someone over the others.
* Thanks for apologizing to Augeri - I never felt that the blame should have been all his. He took a hard fall for them.
* Has JSS heard from Augeri since this went down?

You are the most entertaining and knowledgeable person on this forum (besides Andrew). I may not agree with everything, but I read anyway.

The official website does not even have Jeff's Bio listed anymore. Plus, Journey is not listed on Andrew's Concert announcement? It does not take a genius to put two and two together. Andrew - we know you know the answer. What's up?

Speaking of Augeri,

Deano, do you know anything about this?

I recently came across some info that the infection Augeri had was a yeast infection.
Now this may be yet more lies out of the Journey camp, but if this is the case, it explains a lot including the rumors than Augeri may have blown out his voice.

A friend of mine had a yeast infection in his throat and it took him 2 years to get rid of it. He was hoarse most of the time and had to use throat sprays to numb his throat so he could talk with out pain. Sound familiar? When my friend finally recovered, his voice returned to normal without permanent damage.

If this is the case, it explains why Augeri didn't step down and that the tapes were only meant to be used temporarily.

So, Dean, am I totally off base here?

The only thing I am now following, in regards to this band as it stands now,
is watching this train-wreck heading full-steam into oblivion and just

Here's my 2 questions for you.

1. How long ago did you actually know Jeff was out? And did you try to warn him in any way?

2. How long did it take for SA's voice to sort itself out? Just always wondered about that.
