Seriously.

There is a way of saying and doing things and then there is a way not to. The way not to is pretty much continue on as some of you have been, which in all seriousness does nothing to help demonstrate your feelings about Journey dropping JSS.

The way to go about it is via well thought out posts that don't use personal abuse or too much bad language. By showing that you can put anger aside to post your feelings here and have a proper debate will prove more powerful than a bunch of fuck you posts.

The last week has been hellish, but I think now it is time to calm down and show the true class you all have. I'm sure JSS would rather you demonstate your passion for supporting him in this fashion.

well i was out in the middle of nowhere for about a week pooping in the desert so i just found out about this last night... when i returned to the real world. the real world sucks... about as much as neal, ross & jon! they suck & i hope karma rips them in half!

anyway... i always felt jss was better off doing his own thing. journey is dead weight... it's time to fly jss! }=C))

i just joined the other night and i love the site but i had no clue about the lead singer drama that was going down.i spent all night reading up on it.seems like the camp is divided.personally i like perry myself and i haven't seen any of the newer talent the past decade has brought.i think perry is the face of journey and once the formula is altered it just isn't going to be the same.....

Welcome Mike this is a great place .I well always feel that Mr P is & was the face of journey.But JSS was giving them a shot in the arm. He could have really helped them out so much.But he will make it on his on.

Welcome Mike this is a great place .I well always feel that Mr P is & was the face of journey.But JSS was giving them a shot in the arm. He could have really helped them out so much.But he will make it on his on.

As time goes by, it just becomes so evident how much Steve Perry meant to Journey. Minus his voice, passion, writing ability, showmanship and direction, this band has turned into a wayward vessle.

I'm one of the ones that was dropping F-bombs in my posts. And while that's not my usual way- I was just so upset about what had happened I lost it! As, I think, is the case for a lot of us. I'm frankly surprised that you allowed us the whole week to "vent" in such a way! Only shows ( to me at least) that you were as upset about all this as we were.

I'm sure now that we've all had a chance to get everything "off our chests", that people will once again abide by your rules.
And if we/I don't- just smack us "upside our heads" with that new *axe* of yours :wink:

I don't mind the f-bombs

Plenty of those around the forum and I use them regularily when talking to my PC.

A few posts just went over the top and I was getting in to calm that down a little before it got any worse. Things are fine currently.
