Damn, it was a fucked up year.

A couple of questions regarding the list.

Didn't you give us some good news about Spinks last week?

Never heard anything about Joe Elliots treatment of Andrew. What happened?

All true 7 wishes...but Journey's show in London was the best melodic rock show I've seen since the 1980s. It was a real highlight of the year for me and even though it's all gone tits up at least I got to see Journey on fire for the very first time. Especially after the disappointment of the Journey show I saw the year before.

Anyway... it's been a crap time for melodic rock ever since all the Jovi hair bands took over the scene back in the day, don't you think?

Most Queensryche fans seem to think it's much better than the last several albums they've done, though it's certainly true that it doesn't even approach the greatness of O:M 1.

He still puts out CD's very regularly. The last one "Dirty Diamonds" is great! I saw Alice w/Cheap Trick in Vienna, VA a little less than 2 years ago and it was a great show!

Obviously discussed on the Q.R. forum. After many listens im quite a fan. Just the production isnt quite my cup of tea and OM1 has lots of instantaneous hits..

Anyway Heaven n Hell is good, We had some great shows with JSS fronting Journey which is a huge plus.. just sadly over now. And a few great M.R. releases like Allen n Lande and stuff from Joe Lynn Turner have been pretty groovy so it not all bad!!

It's the EAGLES I could give a shit less about. Heard any their post-comeback material? What little their is is absolute crap.

MINDCRIME II is a piece of shit. Almost unlistenable, except for one or two songs.

Hey- I hate to be picky....

But the shit between Joe Elliott and Andrew happened like- 2 years ago?
So while it sucks big time- it doesn't belong on the list ( IF the list is for only this past year)

Just an fyi....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, wine and chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "what a ride!"

Fuck Joe Elliott, that album sucked. They only played two tracks off of it at the concert last year. I wonder why. Piece of shit cover album. That means they are all dried up creatively.

Did I mention anything about "YEAH"? Did I give a critique? Praise? Slander? No- I was merely commenting on the TIME-LINE of the matter. Nothing more.

BTW- Someone piss in your Wheaties this morning????

I'm just being pissy about Joe's treatment of Andrew. I only found out about it this morning.

I'm feeling pretty good today after a few days of being under the weather, so that's where the orneriness is coming from.

Sorry if it came across harshly toward you, it certainly wasn't meant to.

Gee what a surprise that ego's in a band that's managed by Azoff, would be a problem. (if it's true)
