Mornin' all..... 8)

I was going thru my CD Collection, looking for something to listen to in my car's CD Player....

....and I came across "The Essential Journey".

I don't know about you, but that title seemed a bit - I don't know - ARROGANT to me, in some way...

...but now, yes ~ "The Essential Journey" is the one from the 70/80s ~ with Steve P.

....just thinking out loud.....over-tired....going back to bed..... :|

Nah, I think that's just a Sony thing. If I remember correctly, there are other "Essential" collections by other Sony artists out there.

You are correct. I bought my father the 'Essential Billy Joel' a few years ago.

Want a good laugh? Compare the tracklist of the GH disc and disc 1 of EJ.

 Lazy fucking Sony.

What about that import, 'The Journey Continues'?

I just dusted it off....it's more of the same, although it does have REMEMBER ME, and ALL THE WAY.

While I am not a big fan of the song, I love the thick vocal harmonies at the end. That's the one thing I've found missing on Journey albums since after Raised on Radio.
