Black Stone Cherry and Journey

Black Stone Cherry's song "Tired of the Rain" is cool, but the intro and outro sound just like part of the legendary "Who's Crying Now" solo and the same basic feel goes on through the whole song. Perhaps it's a nod to Journey being an influence somehow? Or is it unintentional? I love the organ in this song as well.

Any other Black Stone Cherry fans? I like their blend of old-school and modern hard rock. Same with Wolfmother.
