"Friga" is Jon's real last name. His manager suggested he change it early in his career.

Neal is normaly a dick to most his fans, but specialy to the male ones.

Ross, as far as I know, is a great guy. He's simply trapped. He makes a great living and understands that going against the grain will have him playing bass in Hugo's band, Evolution.

Neal is Neal and Jon isn't gay. Neal was ok with me when I met him and yes, Ross is an asshole. No. There will NEVER be a reunion tour. Perry & Journey produce DVD's and remaster old CDs and such, but that's where it ends. Perry is out.

Ross seems the coolest of the bunch to me. Although I only spoke to Deen for 10 seconds, he seemed very humble and down to earth.

As far as the BTM goes, it's edited to tell a story. While I don't think it's bullshit, you never know the context of what is being said.

Like SP's "Never felt like part of the band" comment. No one knows why that came up, and it may not exactly mean what it came across as on the screen. He could have meant it as how he felt when he joined.

Plus, who knows if there were certain... legal reasons... that things were cut, not aired, etc.

Not defending it, just saying that no one really knows what % of the BTM was actual fact.

But NIG, we don't know how or within what context that was presented to Neal by the interviewer. Lora has told us that they tried to manipulate all of them into giving them juicier quotes to use with the way they conducted the interviews.

From the moment I heard it. I figured Perry must have meant "part of the band" as in fitting in and being one of the guys. Kinda like if someone hijacks a plane then tries to be buddies with the hostages. Yeah the hijacker has total control but isn't one of them. Perry was brought in by Herbie and Perry and his voice took over, like Neal said pretty much had total control. Is this possibly what he meant?

I don't remember if he commented on it or not, but even if he did throw it in with his angry, bitter rant it wouldn't mean anything. I do think the qoute was misrepresented in the way if was edited, but then when you and I agree on anything it's more the exception than the rule.

I really wanna just keep my mouth shut here, but let me tell you, after meeting the guy approx 6-7 times and getting treated as if I wasn't standing there right in front of the guy, no eye contact, no words, got a giggle once at 4am in a casino, a few limp handshakes barely worth being called a shake. BUT BY GAWD, when the wife or any other chic walks up, he is as spunky and perky as a rump roast on the fourth of july. After getting treated like this 6 or 7 times I dunno, what do you think?
I guess it could be my intimidating handsomely good looks that makes him go into a shell ???

Either way it makes one not want to be a fan after you figure out it isn't just coincedence, and the stories go on and on and on and on.....
