captured is my personal favorite besides escape.one of the best live albums ever.there are quite a few songs on there that i like better than the studio versions.wheel in the sky always sounded better to me live on there than on infinity.dixie highway is a great song you never hear anything about hardly.the party's over is a great way to end it.my favorite songs on the whole thing would probably be just the same way, stay awhile and too late.i've had it on vinyl, cassette and compact disc.i remember the original album came with a poster and was a double album.

Dude remember I did send you a nice PM today but for the love of education? Brown v Board of Education in 1964, was instituted to make education available for all of America's kids...apparently, you didn't ge the memo. It took me a good half hour to figure out this cryptic redneck code. I love you bro, but this post looks like Whoopie Goldburg's left tit wrote while she was being pumped in the ass by Ted Danson while watching Bonds double off the left field wall tonight. WTF is that?

Ok, I did get that you like Wheel in the Sky better live than studio..that is a no brainer.

This album is so fucking good, that I remember our good friends at Rolling Stone found a way to criticize it...get this; They said Steve Perry sounded "robotic, unemotional, like a drill seargent." You know if they don't like Captured, they will never like you.

It's in my top three fave live albums of all time.
Dixie Highway is pure unadulterated energy.

Dude that was quite a visual. LMAO

Mike, how about spaces after periods & paragraphs. Oh & the capitalization key would help. Damn I get blasted to hell for typing "u".

Dude remember i replied today but apparently you must have missed it.1964? well no it was ahem 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education dear sir.

I wouldn't ever wish to be pumping Whoppi Goldberg in the ass with steroids while watching Ted Danson bounce one left center.

Those fucking critics at Rolling Stone wouldn't know a good album if it drilled them in the ass.

I hope this post wasn't gay, robotic, unemotional or stressful for the souls in any way.

P.S......I finally got the memo

The song list is limited to preEscape, a definate downer, but the playing and singing on Captured is nothing less than glistening.

I'm sure 13 knows that. He was just stating the only drawback.

I love Captured, but if I had to choose one to listen to, I would go with GH Live due to the inclusion of E5C4P3 and Frontiers material.

Precious Time, one of my faves. Captured is a great album. I'm very partial to Gregg Rolie and his vast contributions to the catalogue.

It was the very first Journey album I bought and it "sealed the deal". One listen to "Stay Awhile" and the loon in me began to blossom! :D
