Way up on my list is to find out if Moon Beam talks the same crazy-ass way she posts.

Add your reasons here.

Told you fine folks before Nig, I so do to talk like this and
it bugs my Hubby Bub biggly.

My top reasons for going are......

To meet the many people I have loved reading of.
To support Andrew's efforts
To get a kidless weekend away
To hear some great musicians
To have as many folks try my Perogies as possible
To offend AR

Mine look similar to these.....

they are flour dough pockets filled with mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese.
You fry them in bacon and onions and dip them in sour cream.
Some folks like em with sauerkraut.

Thank you kindly for the kind words folks. :D

I am part Indian and French but I was taught to make them by my Aunt
who is Irish, I believe they are a polish dish though and the recipe I use
now is from an old Polish Grandmother.
Thanks for the interest.

Ya they are good any old time Nig but anyone drinking loads of
sauce and downing these puppies should probably stay away from the
sour cream.....eat em plain.

Well, since I have never attempted to make them homemade myself, I would never even try to critique you! I'm sure I will love them :)

I like Moonie's reasons. I will be away from my "kids", my 2nd graders on Friday, so that practically counts as kidless. LOL! It is going to be great to get to meet everyone in person, hang out, drink, eat, be merry!!!! :D

That's why God created overtime... :P

Or perhaps Lusty Liam's Loveshack could turn on the red light and he could earn some extra money the old-fashioned way...

Martha(that would be as in Stewart :P) says they're Polish. She made them one day on her show and I wondered if they were as good as our Moon Lady's.
