I'm going to just straight out ask, as a man do you like it when a woman has a little plastic surgery, specifically breat implants. Does that kind of thing matter to you? Be honest.

In all seriousness, it is not about the size...it's about the feel and the look for each individual person. Big via fakeness has zero turn on value IMHO.

What Chief said. I think women get implants so they'll look better in clothes, and not so much what it does for them in the bedroom. They might look good in clothes, but fake boobs don't look right unclothed.

There is a downside to this though, the bigger your boobs are, the larger size shirt you need. I have a hard time to get some shirts to button and look right, so I have to stay away from button-downs. So, if you get bigger boobs, be prepared to get mad at buttons!! :lol:
