OJ has made bail! He has to surrender his passport and no contact in any way, shape, or form, with others connected with this case. OJ will have to come back to Vegas in October for arraignment hearing........... shit........

I bet you my house he is gone. You don't need a passport to enter Canada or Mexico via land. Once in one of those 2 countries, you can plot your journey to wherever.

You also can hire a private jet and sneak out of the country too. He is gone, IMO.

Supposedly now you do have to have passports to go to Canada or Mexico via land. My Dad went to Mexico via ship, and still had to show a passport before getting off the ship in San Fran.

Nope Dean, I just checked Canada and Mexico. For going by land to Canada, you will need a passport at the US Border. By 12/31/07, you will need a passport to enter Mexico via land.

Nope Sallee-

United States Passports are now required for entry into Canada. As of 1 January 2007, you will now need to present a valid Passport to Customs when entering Canada, and returning to the United States by air. You won't need one for overland crossing until June/2008.

Sorry Sall, but he's right. We just had relatives who drove down from Spokane, visiting last month, and I know they don't have passports yet, cuz we were bugging them about getting on it.

The passport issue is not enforced on all who leave or enter
Canada as of yet, we were just in the states and we did not need
a passport to cross or return.

NO flight risk!?!?!?!!?
Did the magistrate not remember one Friday afternoon years ago when the world watched a slow moving vehicle (white Bronco) chase???????

**just shaking head**

He is getting celebrity status treatment and the only thing that keeps him as a "celebrity" is getting away with murder ...... and now he can post bail and walk - without any tracking device

Hell if this would have been one of us, our asses would be sitting in there until the trial starts.
