Totally digging the new CD. Anyone else?

Yes, it has about 8 songs that I just can't quit listening to. Can't wait for the real thing to come out on Tuesday so I can quit listening to these low quality MP3's.

Rehearsal concerts started last night in Asbury Park. Killer set list - 2 hours just for the warm up shows. Real tour starts the same night the CD is released (Oct. 2nd in Hartford). Friday the 28th Bruce and the band are playing on the Today show. Roll those tapes......

I think The Rising was a bit stronger, but I'm digging the new one a lot.

I think the production/mix is a bit muddy though, and it's not just because of the mp3 compression. The Rising seemed to have a clearer, fuller sound to me. But I think this album will be a lot better live anyway.

Have tickets to both nights in Chicago next month. Can't fucking wait.

I've been a Springsteen fan since the late 70's and I have to say this is some of the best music he;s put out in over 20 years! CAN"T WAIT to get my hands on it!!!!

BTW- anybody see the E street boys (and girls) rock the house on the TODAY show friday?
