The new lead for Journey?

Didnt Andrew say this was a done deal on another thread or did I dream that? I would like to know myself if this is true. Andrew, can you provide any details or answers?

I'm taking the "wait and see" approach. While it's obvious that he has a fantastic voice, I won't be able to judge him fairly til I see him in concert, something I'll certainly give a shot if indeed he is the new singer.

I'm not big on journey hiring someone from a tribute band, regardless of who it is, but I'll give him a chance. He might surprise us all.

I won't believe it until he stands on stage, in front of the crowd at the "Agricultural Fair and County Wide Chili Cook-Off", and sings something.

Wait and see...but one word of advice. Go easy on the guy. Who wouldn't take this opportunity if it was presented to them.

I would. Being a still job hunting recent college grad with student loans coming out of my ass wouldn't give me much of a choice.

Anyone that supports this is a turd. Absolutely no stage presense, and an obvious attempt for the princess and Little Napolean to turn Journey into a parody of themselves and just make whatever final dollars they can. Very sad.

They will run roughshod over this poor guy. I really hope he has good representation. It reaks of decent karoake or an American Idol winner. For all of you that think Journey deserves "legendary" status - this kills it.

I live on a little over a thousand a month. I live in CA. The only thing that saves my ass is that my rent is a smidge over 200 bucks a month. And I still wouldn't take that job.

I am thinking one of the reasons why Journey is going outside of the country to find a singer is that they wouldn't know anything about what the band has done to two singers in the past year.....

Does anyone else think the Hall of Fame chance is shot now? Not because OF Arnel, but because of the lunacy surrounding the operation of the band these days.

To be honest, I don't think the Hall of Fame is that much of an honor anymore. Seems to me to be one big ass kissing party.

there is no future to this band anymore..only the past. They made their statement by letting JSS go..he was their only chance at moving forward.
