2. Do you believe that 6 black teenagers beating a white teenager until he was almost dead is racist. I do because they attacked him on a perceived notion that since he is white he is in favor of the hanging rope. The guy beaten wasn't even one of the kids involved in putting up the nooses and yet the only people I hear screaming race are the blacks down in Jena Louisiana.

Your ideas of racist or racially motivated are all your own perceptions.

Do I think that Arnel's deficiency in diction and lack of stage presence are a major problem - yes. He simply isn't qualified and shows no rock star capability. I've come to not really care one way or the other. The guy's a good singer and if he does the catalogue justice, then good for him. Wanting Journey to remain an all-American lineup, though, is in no way racism and in only your jaded little world would it be considered so. How would you feel, for instance, if Heart decided to replace Ann Wilson with a male singer? Doesn't sound quite right does it?

In other words, it ain't racism. Personal preference is one thing. That's what it is with most of the people here. There have been instances of racism on here but you seem to be painting with a pretty broad brush, which is something you're good at. It's really easy to throw the racism card out on the table because it's a grenade but it's harder to control the damage from it after it explodes.
