In order to be fair to all - Rotating Vocalists!!!!!

Since Journey has been playing musical chairs with singers in recent years and since some find the fan base intolerant of a little international flavor - this is the perfect solution. Have a different singer every night, and make sure all races, creeds, colors, sexual preferences and anything else you can think of are included.

Diversity is much more important than stage presence, look, vocals, interacting with a crowd or anything else usually required to front a band such as Journey anyway.

This would be great and everyone would be happy. Journey tours the U.K. with John Waite, The Philippines with Arnel, they play Key West, FL with Augeri, The N.O.W. convention with Ann Wilson, Canada with Rik Emmit. The possibilities are endless and no one can be offended or disappointed as it will be the most inclusive tour any band has ever undertaken.

Hey, are you a fat Eskimo? Well Neal and Jonathan have found an ice fisherman weighing 400 pounds that can sing just like Steve Perry. Just wait for that show in Anchorage and you won't be disappointed. Are you an Arab terrorist obsessed with destruction of Israel? No problem, as the Al-Qaeda portion of the tour will be performed in all Arabic, and women will be covered in head to toe so as not to offend any Muslims. There may be a language barrier, and I could swear in rehearsal that I heard "Death to America" in the 2nd verse of "Lights", but SO WHAT? The Sunni sheik with the long beard and turban has Steve Perry's voice too!!!!!!

Really this takes care of everything, and this should be the end of the discussion.

Oh, I almost forgot. Neal, the karoake singer from Cameroon wants too much money for the African rain forest portion of the tour so he's out. He was taller than you anyway.

Wouldn't that be the best way to audition someone? Take all of the singers on the road with you, and see which one works best. You've got the whole setting in place. Whichever the audience responds best to. They had that with Jeff and fired him though. :?

Perfect suggestion. I think you should pass that along to Azoff and Co.

Do you think you could figure PeeWee Herman in there somewhere? I understand he is available.
