Do you want to know what really bothers me the most about this whole thing with Britney and her kids? No? Well, I'm gonna tell you anyway.

There are thousands of kids in this country, and certainly in California, who have it a whole hell of a lot worse than Britney's do. Those kids have lots of people with lots of money to look out for them. They don't need the court system spending taxpayers' money to make sure they're all right as much as lots of others do.

It's just another sign of the celebrity sickness in this country that the celebrity children of a rich woman get so much more attention than the ones dying in the houses of poor people.

I agree it's sad NIG but it may not be a wake up call. It may in fact cause her to spiral totally out of control. She might get into the bottle and partying so bad she ends up dead as a result.

Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline’s attorney, paid a visit to Los Angeles Superior Court Monday morning to discuss Britney Spears driving illegally - without a valid drivers license - while her children were in the car with her this past weekend.

As a result, a Los Angeles judge on Monday took away Spears’ custody rights and ordered to turn over her boys to Federline by Wednesday, OK! magazine was the first to report.

They will remain with him until further notice.

Until now, Britney and Kevin have had 50/50 joint custody. Now, Federline will have 100% physical custody.

The ruling says:

“Respondent’s oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court’s prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent’s ex- parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88.”

I am poor and I left my daughters father for a good reason. He was an abuser. She is doing just fine without a Dad. As for obesity, she doesn't have it! That kid can eat and still be skinny!

Children who are not safe in their own homes is the biggest problem whether they are rich, poor, without a father, without a mother. Neglect and abuse occurs in all socio-economic backgrounds as does obesity. When the call comes in it doesn't matter if the family is rich or poor, it gets investigated. If it rises to the level of abuse or neglect then it gets filed. In my opinion Britney has been getting away with more than most because she is rich and famous. It is nothing short of lucky her children haven't been more seriously harmed. Her son had a skull fracture. She was photographed driving with Sean in her lap and later in a car seat facing the wrong way, the skull fracture, then almost dropping him on his head. Never thought I would see the day when Kevin would make the better parent. Not a good parent but in comparison a better parent.

good.. in the car.. if i wasnt standing in the front seat.. i would take a nap under that back
window where the speakers are,, this was before car seats, weedeaters, and microwaves,,
