Put your "thinking caps" on:

This song (from the early 80s) is running thru my head; I sang it to Mark - he has no idea.

The beginning has (what I believe to be) a 12-string acoustic strumming....going down a scale.

Then the bridge has a phrase, with an "echo" effect: something like: "What are we waiting for-for -for ....?"

THEN, later on in the song, the guy sings in a screeching falsetto:

"WHO'S BEHIND THE DOOOOOOOOR???" (or something).



I THINK I know who it is....but not sure....HELP!!

Ah, one of the best bands ever, IMO. Their last release is amazing. I also gave AR and Mike Leigh a copy of their new live DVD, which is great. Randy Jackson's voice has not changed one bit. Phenomenal singer and guitarist.

Their lyrics are usually pretty deep. Here's another amazing 12-string song for you, Nora. It's on their latest album and it's called "Why?"

You should have seen them when they played the local bars in long island Tueys in stony Brook, The mad hatter,No one could touch them in Long island at that time, shame they stopped recording for so many years. I'm sure we have missed out on several cds worth of material that got shelved.
