Ohhh.... opening another festering wound... haha! Almost 10 years ago, I paid the guy that actually makes ALL the WWE belts (along with almost all other good ones) $875 as a downpayment on a custom belt -- top of the line stuff. It was based on the WCW TV Champ belt at the time, but had a logo I'd designed. Never have gotten the belt yet! He did e-mail me pics of the finished plates years ago, so I know much of the work has been done, but this guy... he's pissed off so many fans who have paid for custom belts. Almost 2 years ago I called again to give him one more chance, and I'm just such a nice guy I still gave him some slack. He said he didn't think it would take another year to finish, but as always, he was swamped with orders from all the big organizations and I was going to have to wait just a little longer. Within a few weeks I'm calling to let him know I'm taking it to the next level if he doesn't send the belt. I've been real easy going about it, but enough is enough.

The hell of it is, I'm not even a wrestling fan anymore -- haven't watched it in almost 8 years. But it will be cool to have.
