Glenn Danzig was the lead singer and founder of the legendary Misfits before going on to form Samhain and latterly Danzig. The guy is an absolute rock legend, an icon and as such rife for both praise and parody!

Just so you know the YouTube clips are parody. I personally think both he and his band are fantastic. The best live show I ever saw was in support of the 6:66 Satan's Child album.

Speaking of Danzig, I just met Michale Graves today, who joined The Misfits after Danzig. I asked him about Glenn, and said, "You know, someone needs to tell him about Jesus." He was silent for a couple of seconds, and then replied, "I think you're right -- someone DOES need to tell him about Jesus." Super nice guy, and I enjoyed talking with him.

That's pretty funny though I reckon Glenn knows more about Jesus than most, maybe that's his problem?

It was a funny moment. We talked for a few more minutes, and I believe he did say Glenn was raised in a religious background or something. I'm not sure if those two ever met, though he did share a few opinions. Best if I just say that he understood why so many people thought the video of Danzig getting flattened was just desserts.
