Mine is by FAR the new Dokken "Santa Claus is comming to town"! The song is sung to music that's very similar to "Dream Warriors". I love the hell out of this version. There are a couple of other songs that rock as well. It's from the Monster Christmas album that's in stores now. It's got Firehouse, Dokken, Winger, Nelson, and a boatload of others on there. There are also (expectedly) some real stinkers on there as well. Must say, I can't listen to Queensryche's version of "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas"! It's horrible! JMHO.

I have found some Christmas music by 80's rock stars just recently on a site that I go to for boots and out of print albums. The most recent Christmas album I have downloaded is by Billy Idol. The others have an assortment of rock bands on them.
Here are the album titles.
A Rock and Roll Christmas
A Rock and Roll Christmas Part 2
A Classic Rock Christmas
Billy Idol--Happy Holidays--A Very Special Christmas Album

Christmas is like Disney a made up piece of nonsense for those people stupid enough to think it has any relevance. To then ask for someone's favorite Christmas song, is like saying...you're fuckin' hooked up on this nonsense...behave and look forward to the summer and the Beach Boy's tracks. By the way my song for Christmas is by Phil Spector....Shoot the bitch and blame it on Santa

Batteries have just run out, so no good vibrations hear Nig. I'll have to wake the giant and go give her the best ride of her life. Beach Boys, who the fuck said they like them

Top Three:
1. Little Drummer Boy - Bob Seger (and interestingly enough...I usually hate this song, but it's a great version)!
2. Santa Claus is Coming To Town - Springsteen (another song that sucks, but The Boss is The Boss)!
3. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas - The Pretenders (although it might just be Chrissie Hynde)
John from Boston

Nogginless nonsense I say.
I had you in my sincerest of thoughts earlier Sir.
What in the name of message boards has got you so upright and tightly styxman?
By the way the best rockinest Christmas number is God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen
by The Barenaked Ladies......try and sit still to that one Lot.

Merry Axemas is another compilation that has some good tunes by rock guitarists on it.

Coca Cola and 'The Holidays are coming' and we fall for it each year. What if Diesel sky rockets and the fuckin' cola trucks can't deliver the drinks for Christmas....what would we all do without Coke. I'll tell you, we'd have no red santa (Made up by coke) the kids wouldn't have to figure out how the fuck he gets down a chimney in a house that doesn't have one and Sony and Nintendo wouldn't rip off us parents. I'll bet anything, in the last few weeks, every other advert on the TV is one for alcohol.....it's just an excuse to get pissed.....thinking about it...I guess Christmas is okay then...

Listening to that one on the radio right now. I haven't heard it before. I don't really care for that song but this one's pretty good.
She's one of the few female vocalists I actually enjoy listening to.

Dude! Your Avatar is messing with my mind!!!

I love the album by the way! Thanks for the info. To me though, I really think the Dokken track is one of the coolest things they've released for years! Good find on that one!
