I haven't watched that many Zoo videos -- just a few -- but this one was pretty off... I'm also beginning to see why holding the notes out longer than Perry irritates some people. I think he'll do a good job w/Journey, but they didn't do such a great job with this song.

I wouldn't call Steve Augeri or Jeff Scott Soto "Perry wanna-be's" in fact very far from it. Both men have their own sound and personality. I don't know anything about Arnel so I will refrain from speaking. I do agree that regurgitating the same old songs with a different front man year after year is old and tired... time to find a new game boys!

Are you Blind??? The Zoo's 6th member (that music stand) is front and center right at the beginning of that video!!!..he even moves it to in front of the drum riser...

....and his moves are more amateurish than 99% of the shitiest coverbands on Long Island....

anyway... we'll have to just wait & see i guess... to decide if arnel belongs in journey or not. there were some that felt that way about augeri & soto... even sp. no one has seen him yet with neal & co... just have to wait & see. i think arnel has been working with a vocal coach... the same one sp & jss worked with... so if he sounds good in those youtube clips one can just imagine how much better he's going to sound after working with a coach. }:C)
