Journey/Reo/Survivor at Arrow fest in Houston.

snooze fest til Journey and then not enough time for them. gr

the Fabulous Thunderbirds saved that pre-show. and I wasn't into STYX at that time.

yes, prog, I am comparing and ranking. long day dontcha know??

You are so right about Glass Tiger. I've mentioned this before, but they had the Outfield with them before they got here in Texas, and that would've been ideal. Glass Tiger was a drag except for their 2 "hits". I didn't enjoy DL in '06 as much as I thought I would, but that might've had more to do with my crappy ankle. LOL!

In 86, Glass Tiger was very very good. Many compared them to a U2. Allen Frew is a very good frontman.

I don't know why Journey needed an opening act. They were good enough not to need one. Haha, nowadays, they are the opening act.

Didn't mind Glass Tiger. i was trley disppointed in Def Leppard, never saw them before and my wife and I were pretty excited to see them but were ready to leave after the second song. Bad vocals, way too loud and distorted and who wants to see Phil Collen with his shirt off ?

Def Leppard. Wife and I were out buying t-shirts the last 4-5 songs of their set. JSS fronted Journey kicked their A$$.

The REO/Styx/Journey line up was a good concert, but it was the worst deal for Journey, as they seemed lethargic and just going through the motions compared to REO & Styx.
