I got this in an email and it's pretty cool. It suggested that with my views, Hillary was the best candidate for me.

The results of this will generate who you should vote for based on how you answer 11 key questions related to the most pressing political issues. It seems fairly accurate based on the politicians voting and public records.

I came up with the same score (48 ) for both Clinton and Obama and one point lower (47) for Edwards.
All of my agrees and disagrees were identical for Clinton and Obama.

So what do I do... go with who has the best hair? (clearly that's Edwards... lol!)

The closest I came on the republican side was Guiliani with 33.
Lowest were Huckabee with 8 and McCain with 10.

Both of you please go back to Politics 101...and don't vote this November. 8)

Mine listed McCain on top with 56, which was surprising because I don't foresee myself voting for him. I was rather pleased, though, that Edwards was bringing up the rear.

Mine came up John McCain 55
and Ron Paul 46

on paper I agree with McCain, But I don't believe half of what he actually says...I'm sticking with Ron Paul until he decides he has had enough...With Guiliani and Huckabee on the ropes...Paul has the ability to amek a strong three way race

MITT ROMNEY - 73

Since Huckabbe has little chance to win the nomination, I have been considering voting for Romney on Tuesday.

I got Huckabee at 31, with the other three main GOP candidates tied at 30.

Each of the Democratic candidates had 16 for me, but who the heck is Mike Gravel??? :?

This thing actually seems pretty accurate for me, because I am struggling with all these candidates, on both sides of the aisle. Huckabee seems very sincere to me. The next several months will be interesting, to say the least.

To all of you who got Huckabee, Romney, Guiliani(LOL), or McCain, you aren't going to be enjoying next November.

I don't think anyone in the US will enjoy November '08 and beyond, when Al Quada takes over Iraq and has an entire country as a safe haven, and when Obama/Hillary makes it easier for them to attack us again.

Wally, I think that very thing will be on people's minds when the enter the election booth in November. As a mother of two young men, it concerns me greatly. We can all speculate about things now, but who really knows where we'll be by then.

When looking at both sides, I have to wonder what happened to all those great things we were gonna see after the mid-term election? As far as the economy goes, it appears that we're worse off now than we were a year ago. I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about how all that works, but weren't we supposed to be benefitting from that? :? I am glad that both sides are working together on this tax rebate deal, though.

Right. Well, either way, even if a GOP is President in the fall, we will begin withdrawing because that is part of EVERY candidate's plan. So eventually Iraq will be on its own even if we maintain a presence there.

Thanks to Bush lying (for which he should be impeached and thrown in jail for the remainder of his days) for the past seven years - and getting us into an illegal war...a country that was secularly run by a dictator and that posed NO threat anymore to international security - and harbored NO terrorists or any connections to terrorists (facts admitted by the warmongers who started the war, by the way, before you try to cite obscure connections that even the most hardened neo-cons have disavowed))...that country will be open to civil war and hence al-Qaeda.

So, if Bush had just continued to keep us in Afghanistan - where we should have been to hunt down that murderous SOB until we got the job done...and which, by the way, SteveForever, is the domain of the CIA and NOT the FBI......there would have been no war in Iraq and hence no inevitable (again, regardless of which candidate wins the election) haven for the terrorists. So your postulation makes no sense at all.

The only thing I care about in November is getting Adolf out of the White House. All of the Dems need to register and vote this fall. A statement needs to be made.

The neo-cons are in denial but their reign of terror is over.

I really hope Obama wins at this point, because the Clintons - of whom I have been lifelong supporters - have disgusted me of late.

The racial overtone of their rhetoric and the implications Bill has made about Obama's character recently...very disturbing.

It's just the mud slinging that happens ever damn election. It is disgusting. It's one of those times that you just can't wait for it to be over with. Ugh! Every damn commercial on TV is a candidate making empty promises. I'll have to say, I do like Obama too. He seems genuine.

Ahhh... he seems very angry to me. Not like his usual likeable self.

I think it's funny how all the candidates seem to use things like race, gender, and religion when it will most benefit them, but seem astonished when people use it against them. Such a double standard to me. Hilary wants to be seen as a strong, tough woman, but then cries in public when the big mean men pick on her. She's not the only one that does that, and it's done on both sides. It takes away from their credibility if you ask me.

Agreed. They all do it. They shot shit at Clinton when he ran, the Bush/Kerry election, same thing. It's nothing new. It just seems like it is because it's Bill, and because no matter which way it goes, one of the two democratic frontrunners is going to get that nomination and we're about to something we have never seen before, which will be either a black person or a woman winning a presidential party nimination, so every comment, every look, every blink is being taking for 100 times more than what it is.

Once it comes down to 1 dem and 1 republican, you'll see the same shit being slung from the elephant's side. It just remains to be seen whether they'll be attacking a woman or a black.
