See now I'm depressed that football season is over. I love football. Hockey is OK, but we don't see many Blackhawks games here. I think hockey is much more interesting to watch in person. I'm pretty much done watching sports now until my daughter wants me to suffer through a few Cubs games with her this summer. Oh and of course I'll be at all of my daughter's little league baseball games this spring/summer!

Thanks Michigan Girl, I've only been out to eastern Canada once so far (Oshawa, Ontario) and enjoyed it. :) And your right, some very beautiful areas out west here around Alberta and BC. :)

Michigan girl, once you go to Alberta, you will have seen the most beautiful area on the planet. Nothing is even close. Banff, Lake Louise, the Icefields Parkway to Jasper. Incredible. It's 180 miles from Banff to Jasper, but can take 6-7 hours to drive it, because you stop so much to take pictures of mountains and lakes and wildlife. It is truly breathtaking.

Seriously Rick, would you want the Pope on your line, holding the lumber wrong, looking like he is doing a backhander blind into the wild fucking air? Come on dude, grab the stick, square up and hit somebody.

Pope John Paul always looked like he was asleep. He wouldn't do too well at any position in Hockey.
