Hey,

I just thought this might be an interesting thread...Lets see some artwork from some of you nuts! I used to draw a few years ago and did portraits as well as landscape artwork, and it just got me thinking. I know one person in here is an AWESOME artist (Jeremey-whether he wishes to share?), and I'd love to see other artists creations in here! I'll start with a couple of pictures I drew of my son a few years back. The damn pictures are rotated, so you'll either have to rotate them or stand on your head.

Those are great J...your very good! You should get back to it and draw again. .
.since most of it is too big to scan...I'll see if I can take some pics of a few of my own stuff and post it if I get a chance this weekend.

Very cool. How did you get the guys to sit still for so long?

JIM!!!! Those are absolutely beautiful!!!! If you are drawing those from photos, you could make a lot of money - people would pay top dollar for portraits of their kids. The detail is amazing. The drawings remind me of Walt Disney-type artistry (I'm reading his bio now). Is there anything you don't do?

And Jeremey - you got artwork to share? Cough it up, dude! I can't see you perform *cough*cometoCalifornia*cough*, but I'd love to see your artwork!

My talent is writing, so I have no photos to share, just a blog about my experiences as an emergency nurse (in which I managed to fit in Journey, Jeff Scott Soto...LOL). When I was interviewed by another blogger on Blog Talk Radio, they used "Stand Up and Shout" as my intro.

Those are amazing! Very good work! I've always been envious of people who have an artistic talent. Drawing stick people is about the extent of mine.

Hey...sorry I haven't been able to get back on here until now!!! Man it's been crazy at work! Anyway, thanks very much for the compliments. Moon, I really liked your drawings (especially from a crazy Canadian! ) I thought we'd have more people in here sharing!???

Someone (Sorry-can't remember who) asked what I plan to do with this...I started doing them of my son just to do it, but then my wife took a few of them to work...That was a mistake! I started doing portraits EVERY weekend and several week nights! It was taking me 4-5 hours per drawing (I'm a little slow) and I wasn't making much ($40-$50) per drawing. I really just have too much of my free time taken up with music to mess with drawing anymore! I have probably close to 100 drawings!

Well. I'm still waiting to see some artwork on here people!!! Someone PM Jeremey and tell him to get some stuff posted or else!

That is a small amount of money for the quality of work you do------I really would like if you shared some more with us---------

Thanks Jenna, I really appreciate it! I really didn't want to make this thread about me though. I just wanted to get it started, so we could see some of the talented artists hidden in here! I know there have to be some great ones (again, Jeremey comes to mind! ). If others start sharing in here, maybe I'll add some of my own.

BTW..RICK, I thought you were going to post my pictures in here!??? It's easier than the whole yousendit method! Hopefully you can hook a brotha up!
