If you can stand the background singer.. here is Faithfully. Sound is pretty bad on this one.

Revelations/Wildest Dreams

Did Cain say the title of the cd will be Revelations? I like that title but it seems to play into the hands of those awaiting the band's demise. However, the logo on the drum heads, which I assume will be the album cover, looks to be a phoenix thing going on with the scarab, giving the opposite impression of the title. On a couple of listens "Wildest Dreams" doesn't strike me quite the way HP, WGW, SOG, FITH, OOHW, the anthem-y songs of the SA era did. Good to see Neal playing the gold top LP instead of the customary black one.

Thanks Panther! I'm glad you were thinking about me! I just got on here this morning, but I've gotta find some of the new material!!! I thought they sounded pretty damn good in those clips (Except Cain playing that damn harmonica  ). Thanks!

Jim, here's the new one, "Wildest Dreams" http://youtube.com/watch?v=aFScHgAsF2Q

It rocks! Arnel really cranks it up at the end. If someone has already posted this, sorry, I just woke up.

Despite some of the drama and major mistakes Jon and Neal have made in the recent past ....this song is winning me back over. Arnels stage presences is incredible and his voice is excellent. I wish he would take the rough edges off when he pushes his voice. Maybe he'll learn to pull back a little bit. It sounds like he's maxing his voice out when he does that.

But Wildest Dream sounds great.

Thanks man! I really appreciate it, but I'll reserve judgement on the song until I can hear it better. From what I did hear, I have to honestly say that it didn't really do anything for me. I hope it's just because of the sound quality! Where are the other 3 songs that they did? Has anyone found any of those clips?

It's an ok song, but a little "post smith journey" generic. It lacks the sophistication (sp?) of the uptime rockers that Smith did esp. in the drums.

But, Arnel does fine, the range seems to fit perfectly.

Revelations isn't just about the Earth's demise. It's about beginning life anew...a new time, a new reign. And if DC's drum art was some sort of Scarab Phoenix rising from the ashes, then it all fits rather nicely I think.

Have to agree with this. Its rings of some of the off tracks from Generations. Not as good as Never Too Late.

A little simplistic, the ringing piano key. Hope that's not their best new one.
