OT: Bribery Pics - Let's See Them

Ok people back from the "Weekend In Vegas". We know there are pictures out there and we would love to see them. I am especially hoping to see Wyatt/Lula/Dean, Rip/Mrs, SJ and others.

you're almost as cute as mandoll! thanks for the call last night before the show.... didn't hear my phone, i was shopping, lol. loved hangin with you and mrs. rokken. i hope she made it to the bday party.

She did make it, thanks! And we went hunting for you before having to turn back to get to the show. She really wanted to see ya again before we left.

Those were some cool-ass pics Rip! I think it's so cool that you all hooked up down there. It looked like the weather was beautiful for it too. The Flamingo looks like a really nice place, haven't been there. I passed through vegas a few times years ago, and DAMN that place is bright at night! You can see the Vegas lights from a LONG way off in the desert. Well, thanks for sharing the pics, and I'm anxious to see more!

Glad you all liked! Most of the pics we took are of places without people, and I really try to stay out of as many of them as possible... haha! Most of the pics of me with other board peeps were taken by other cameras, so maybe they will send me copies. I did get pictures with several people, including Ross!

Ok about those briefs -- they just cracked me up. We walked into this store that had the filthiest shirts you could imagine -- I was just wincing and cracking up at what some of them said -- they were rude!!! Haha... but... earlier that morning, we'd seen a Las Vegas girls' t-shirt that was black with the same color gold foil graphics on it, and thought about getting it for the Mrs. so we'd sort of match. But we ended up looking around for something similar, and ended up in this shop. The dude that ran the place offered to make me a gold on black custom airbrushed shirt, and I asked if he could make a Journey shirt -- he said he could make anything! So we got him to make a shirt for her with the Generations-style Journey logo on the front, but with tapering streaks ala the Frontiers album logo, and then he added a white border and little white stars to enhance it. On the back, he wrote, "Las Vegas", and underneath that, "3-8-08". It was very cool when he finished! Not quite gold foil, but good enough, and it was amazing watching him freehand it. I took a picture of the creation of the shirt -- this is the early phase. I'll try to take a photo of the finished shirt tomorrow. Anyway, she wore it to the show and got some compliments on it.

Tour starts July 5th. I am thinking it will be in California. When I find out, you make plans and you can all come to California.
We can hang out longer with no over 21 rules. Rip, Rick and Lynn and Melissa, that's the only reason we didn't play together longer is Wyatt and the casino age requirement. Next time it will be great. I just need to get Dan to bet the right racetrack. We bet horses for 3 hours and did pretty well, except we had a 150 dollar bet and wanted the 4,6,9 horses at Oaklawn but he bet Santa Anita. Dan is a great great dude though.

It's okay Dean! We completely understood. We were just so excited and happy that we FINALLY got to meet Lula and see that sweet little boy of yours. That was one of the big highlights of our trip

I'll have to post some pictures later, after I actually get some sleep! We just got back about an hour ago after the red eye.

Wyatt us SUCH a doll baby!!! We loved our time we spent with you guys, even though it had to be short. Enjoyed dinner at PF Chang's Friday. With all of the laughter at our table, I don't know how we didn't get kicked out :lol:

It was for us, too. Dean and Lula are so much fun in person, and Wyatt is the cutest! We missed them on the first day, and the next morning the first thing the Mrs. said was, "I want to make sure we meet Dean, Lula and Wyatt before we plan anything else." She loved that little guy, and enjoyed holding and feeding him with the bottle. He really is a doll! Speaking of dolls, someone got a shot of me with Mandoll, but it doesn't seem to be in our camera... I'm guessing it will show up here eventually.

Glad you enjoyed! I do have a few more, and will probably post them later. I also took one with Rocky like Rick, and what we were trying to do was imitate that closing shot of Rocky III which freezes with Rocky and Apollo Creed punching each other.

I have to say we all had the time of our lives. It was the perfect place to get together with so many people and put faces with screen names. It was so much fun meeting new people and hanging out with our "old" friends too. I laughed the entire weekend non-stop! Here are some shots I captured:
