1) Fuck you assholes.
2) I Am serious, it's purely a subjective poll and if we're talking strictly vox, I WILL listen to all the above before Punxatawney Steve.
2a) Juan, what ABOUT Elton John? He's gay. Yes. Great VOICE? Yes.
3) 69, yes, I dig Augeri's voice a ton I edited that and put it on. But your JSS axe to grind is now showing. First you start a horseshit thread about him and now bashh him (even preemptively) for being on people's lists. Am I saying he's the greatest voice of all time? No. But he is seriously good-very good at everything he puts his talented voice to.

But I can't say that the whole list is set in stone, I could easily put some guys on the list like Kevin Chalfant, Steve Augeri, Paul Rodgers, Mickey Thomas, John Wait, Tommy Shaw etc, etc.

Hey, Clink
Remember it's "YOUR" (ie: one's) favorite vocalists not the ones who you think others would be impressed with, not the ones who can vocally aerobicize (and menstruate?) the best, not the ones who you think should be the most critically acclaimed, but the ones anybody here by their own selves and rites like the most to listen to.

I can't imagine not having Steve Perry in the top 5, he's second on my list, but Red and others may love Journey's music without loving Steve Perry's voice. As much as I love Perry's voice, the greatest member in the band IMO is Neal Schon.

Steve Perry
Sebastian Bach
Prince
Lou Gramm
Sam Cooke

Perry is number 1 always. The rank of the others changes depending on the day and mood.

I know you weren't asking me, but. I'm a huge Paul Rodgers fan, in fact I like his singing way more than I like Mercury's singing. But I don't think that Rodgers is a good fit for Queen.

Incredible.
Me any you have this same issue about metal.

I don't even know why I LIKE you :D

I adore Skid Row, the band, have everything they've ever made and will ever make (including Bach's first solo album and dvd) but will draw the line @ Angel Down and lwill instead ook forward to Skid Row's follow up to Revolutions Per Minute.

Far as Bach's vox, I'm kinda "eh." But I love him IN Skid Row.
