Saw that a while back. 17? He looks 12. First song had some promise. Needed to be touched up a bit, though. Cool stuff. Just goes to show...Don't Stop Believen'.

If the year that vid was shot wasn't posted, I would have estimated the late 90's.

And it figures Arnel is singing Air Supply in Hong Kong because Hong Kong and China both went ape shit when Air Supply did concerts there in 95'. They even took the video & audio feeds of the concerts and made a karaoke laser and DVD out of it. The song Arnel did "Now and Forever" was also part of that Air Supply concert that was transformed into a karaoke release. Wonder if that's what the back up track is and Arnel is singing to it. Left channel is instruments alone and the right is both the instruments and vocals of the actual Air Supply. I've got this karaoke release, it's great to practice singing to.

Talk about blessed gene pool! When he's 60 he's going to look 30, lol... That and he can sing. Great voice. I'll bet he could have won american idol if he wanted. Then again, he'd need to be an american citizen first, but still....

just saw the vid today. my wife told me some months ago (when I showed her AP the first time) that AP sounded like Air Supply, eventhough he's singin' Journey's songs. she's a sucker for Air Supply, btw. man, she really does have some good ears. she was right all along.

Good video, he really is a good singer isn't he. He seems to be a veteran as well.
