George W absolutely has something to do with it. It's because of him that the dollar is so weak and that is a huge problem for Andrew financially as he deals in American dollars with his business. So there!

Thanks to the Euros though, people from Europe are coming over to America and contributing to our economy because everything here is dirt cheap compared to overseas.
