When you love a woman video

Just got a little sentimental tonight, the mix of a 12 year old Glenfiddich whiskey and the video to When you love a woman put a tear in my eye.
That´s all.
I can´t wait to hear Revelation, I never had this feeling inside with Augeri and the studio albums Arrival and Generations but I do believe the new cd can be really really good.

No Scary, 2 of those make men happy, they start with "B". :) Not sure if SP and J have much effect on most guys.

Honestly, why did they even bother to re-record this? it's perfect. Seriously, it's nice that Journey have a new album coming out, but recording classics really gives me reason to believe these guys have lost the plot in a big way. I was listening to Faithfully with Perry, you cannot replicate that and make it any better - as good as Arnel may believe he is, he doesn't hold a candle to Perry in his prime, and to be blunt - who the hell does?.

no one does. i hate the idea of rerecording known songs.... especially known because of the musicians involved. as far as i'm concerned any attempt to repackage songs that have perry on lead vocals on the original released recordings are being set up to fail. of course i've been a fan a long time, someone familiar with "don't stop believing" as being journey won't know what they're missing and i imagine that is what they're banking on.

Take a look at the couple of closeups they have in this video of his hands. He has the most beautiful hands on a man that i've ever seen.

Goosebumps: Great Video & Great Moment in Time

Brings back that moment in time
where out of the dark comes light
where upon sound emerged from the silence
that soft pocket of thrilling turbulence
where all things seem to converge...

Meeting someone
who became a friend
once considered as a drummer for FTLOSM
Unable to not fall to the 2nd party charms
Like a sponge I sat entralled soaking every drop of a recalled conversation
My voice had to sing along & later being told I sing like Steve Perry
renewing my interest in things so long ago
a hunger growing for the one & only
& then the voice came out & was again alive
like the beating heart within me////

OOOOOOhhhhh......

I don't like to see it
for it is the eyes of pain

Oh most certainly. 100% I agree with you there. I can bet its a marketing ploy, perhaps they feel that those songs are so good, they can re-record it and put it back into the charts, because you certainly can't have the 1983 version of faithfully at No.3 in the 2008 charts (unless it's France) but you certainly can have the 2008 version of Faithfully there.

Hello all, I loved the response from you guys. I don´t post comments here often but I visit a lot and read what´s going on.
There´s always someone who has information about the JRNY camp which can´t be found on their own website, and it´s almost always like this with fansites because they beat the official band site with new information regarding recordings and projects etc.
It´s too bad Steve Perry doesn´t have his own official website, well well......he´s become the opposite to Paris Hilton who we can read about every move she makes even though I don´t read those articles....strange how it is.
I watched another sentimental song right after JRNY and it was Show me the way live with Styx when Dennis dedicated the song to John Panozzo (1948-1996) and a woman in the audience is crying at the end of the song.
Very moving.

Paris Hilton is nothing compared to Steve Perry, regardless of the fact that he didn't have an official website. without the internet, the princess of porn is nothing but a mere socialite who kept on tarnishing the Hilton Family name. I'd dig a $5 dollar prostitute over her.
