Not one of their big hits but a favorite Heart song, sung by Nancy. Hope they play it on the tour.

I remember that song. I don't think that I realized all those years ago that it was Nancy singing that track! I didn't even know she could sing!

I love that tune. Unfortunately, as discussed in other threads, they have really shyed away from their 80s material in recent tours. It's a shame, because Heart, Bad Animals, and Brigade are three outstanding albums.

WOW!
I never heard of Sass Jordan, Lee Aaron or Amanda Marshall! I particularly like the Amanda Marshall clip - I like her voice. Which albums would you recommend me Deb? She sounds a bit like Maria McKee on 'Show Me Heaven.'

Also I always liked this rockin' chick track by Scandal ....

Sass Jordan opened a lot of shows for Steve Perry back in 1994. That's the only reason I've heard of the name. I will have to take a listen sometime.

Patty Smyth, great voice. That's one of those songs radio played to death. I got sick of it back then.

Interesting note, Scandal's 2nd album "The Warrior" has a cover of Only The Young which I think was released before the soundtrack to Vision Quest. A pre-emptive cover strike? :)

I like this one from them as well. Good 80's pop.

Weird thing [or stupid thing whichever way you look at it] is that I heard that Scandal song way back and loved it, and being an Eagles/Don Henley fan I heard and loved her duet with him, but I never knew the name of the singer in Scandal, and therefore never knew they were the same woman until a similar discussion on here a while back.

In my defence, Scandal never made a name over here, but that video was played a lot on a tv show called 'Entertainment USA.'

This is why I love coming on here so much. You find out stuff.
[And to read all the fights, of course.
 ]

I just got the Amanda Marshall CD on Amazon UK for $6. 8)

PS
I've also got a Best of Sass, and a Best of Aaron coming too.
One being shipped from Germany and one from the US - both cheaper than buying in the rip-off UK.
