OT: Personal Ads

Bored to tears this evening, so I clicked on Yahoo Personals, just to see what kind of women use the site. (BTW, I am happily married for 17 years, so I was not trolling or anything else, just curious).
So, first of all, I really don't get why someone would post a personal ad in the first place. But that aside, since people do it, it seems to me that they should do it correctly. What sort of lame a** response do many of these women expect when they
1)post pictures of themselves with the ex-husband not fully cropped out of the photo, look like they just walked behind a 747, or use their last mug shot from the county jail.
2) Give their name as "Too Hot to Trot", Sally from the Valley, or Likes Cheese.
3) state that they are recently separated (what can't wait for the divorce to go through?), say "nothing comes before my 4 kids", "tell you that they work 2 full time jobs, have a teen age daughter and like cats".
An ad is intended to sell something. If you can choose between what appears to be a broken down '74 Chevy Vega or an 08 Escalade, which would it be?
4 kids, 2 jobs, or Amy who has a college degree, is single, never married, physically fit, mentally stable and her picture shows an attractive woman?
This one is my favorite so far: "Male to Female Transexual", needs a local boyfriend.

Anyone ever post an add or see this stuff?
