That's a sign of neglect. Pussies only do that when they are denied water.
That's one deperate pussy right there.

My pussy used to to that - climb in the tub looking for drips.
Now I make sure to keep her watered and happy.

That's 100% NOT True. We have persians in our house. They each have their own food and water bowls that are changed and filled twice, if not three times a day, and they NEVER hit bottom....and they ALL sit outside the bathroom door just WAITING for an opportunity to play in the bathtub...and drink from the faucet....and I assure you, at over 15 pounds a piece...they are NOT neglected....

Maybe consider your facts before making a comment such as that...

Just like that picture there, I prefer a pussy to still have some fur, but not a forest like cat's back in the 1970's had.

i don't remember where i read that cats don't like having their water next to their food. maybe the primitive part of their brain tells them that it's not safe to eat their kill near the watering hole, where all the other animals are. i tested this theory by moving the water bowl to another room. it seemed like they were more comfortable drinking from the bowl & were less likely to hang out in the sink or the tub. that or my cats were just weird. >^..^<

I had a cat that used to flush the toilets, turn on the sink, drink from the faucets. Cats are weird. That's why I heart them. :D

Aw man, you are a cat lover! That makes you okay in my book. I have seven. Long story but it took me awhile to find out that when you foster a kitten, you might not be able to let them go! :D
