You're underestimating the need for prisoners to feel they're "better" than a child molester. These guys are killed all the time by other inmates. Can't remember the priest's name but that happened to him.

Here's a story in CA of a guy who WASN'T a child molester but a guard said he was and within days he was dead.

For some reason, there is a "code" in prison regarding child molesters. I can't disagree, but they're usually kept separate or they wind up dead.

I just found out that a REGISTERED sex offender lives NEXT DOOR to my child's elementary school. Convicted for molesting a 3 year old.

Very true, and that's the problem. And in reality, they are no better!. But yeah they don't take kindly to kiddy filders in Prison. They will toss the salad in the meantime like "real men" then kill a child rapist for desert.

She probably didn't tell anyone right away. If she had immediate medical attention, she could have been given the morning after pill which is just a double dose of birth control pills and that would have stimied any chance of pregnancy.

I believe abortion should be left open as an option in cases of rape, however, you have to consider the trauma of that too doubled with a rape. Sadly, the fact that she is pregnant gives more creedance to her having been raped. It shouldn't ahve tp come down to that, but sometimes it does. If it wasn't for the pregnancy, even with rape kit evidencewhich could be neglible depending how long she waited to tell anybody, he would be walking the streets a free man. Unless of course, her parents just shot him. Which I WOULD do.
