Coverdale says Zeppelin will tour

David Coverdale says that Led Zeppelin will reunite for a full scale tour in celebration of their 40th anniversary.
Coverdale said that he believes a Zeppelin reunion tour is "very likely" and told gigwise.com, "I'm expecting a call from Jimmy (Page) any day asking my band Whitesnake to support them on their world tour. Am I on board? You bet. Probably worth billions. Unlike rolling out the wheelchairs with the umpteenth Rolling Stones world tour, a Led Zeppelin tour will be incredible."
London's The Mirror claims that the Zeppelin reunion could take place as early as end of the year and could net the group members around $20 million each.
Led Zeppelin -- Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, John Paul Jones, along with Jason Bonham filling in for this father the late John Bonham -- reunited on December 10th at London's O2 Arena. Despite numerous offers to hit the road, the band has held off on making any future plans as a group at least until September when Plant wraps up his live commitments with Alison Krauss.
In 1993 David Coverdale and Jimmy Page recorded one album as a duo called Coverdale-Page.
