Very nice. There is another version of this without the heavy handed rapping -

I was thinking of Doing something like this with Why Cant This Night....... However I planned to follow the songs feel and chord structure but using a very Hendrix/Stevie Ray Vaughn wet clean guitar sound like what Schon uses on the lead for I'll be alright without you. Basicly two guitar tracks. One that mimics the keyboard somewhat and one that just follows the chord changes. No drums or bass. Just guitar and vox in the original key.

After nearly a year my voice is coming back where I can sing up in the tenor register again. Jesus christ dont sing sick. I did and it broke my shit for a year. It was always a push for me to sing the older material anyway..

For those that may not have heard here is my covers.. I think I'll be alright and Who's crying now came out best. The others ehhh... I never used to warm up either....

Bad dog !!

I think this is the one of the better covers of a Journey/Steve Perry tune.

I think her voice absolutely kicks-ass! I must say though, that the cheesy ass keyboards and synth drums REALLY detract from her vocals. This was obviously made a while ago! As Randy would say..."This woman could sing the phone book, and make it da bomb!!!".
The artist formerly known as Jim. :-)
