Does anybody know why Revelation wasn't released on iTunes? Not that I would buy it on there since I already own the new album but don'tcha think that this would hurt sales a bit being that most people are going digital?

It's a Walmart exclusive. It wouldn't be exclusive if it were anywhere else...including iTunes.

But I do wonder if there will be a deal with iTunes down the road...

Because WalMart's exclusivity deal is only for within the U.S. :)

Yeah, I knew about the Wal-Mart exclusive deal but I thought that just the album itself (not greatest hits) would be there since Best Buy atleast had some from what I hear. Oh well, they're doing real well with just CD sales, screw digital downloads! :D

No DON'T screw digital downloads! This is the state of music that we live in. If they really want to move this thing, they'll make it available in digital format. Otherwise, they'll only sell the album to 40 year Dinosaurs who still by CD's (kinda like me!)

Does anyone know if Wal Mart has the capability to download their "exclusives" on their site somewhere?

Best Buy doesn't carry Revelation. They're carrying some double disk package of Perry era material from Sony. I think Sony is trying to take advantage of the Journey promotional blitz to move their own back stock via Best Buy.

It's at Amazon. How can it be there if it's WM exclusive? Glad it is, some Teamster friends won't go to WM, but they'll order off of A.com. Also, on Amazon, it's like 25.00 for the set  .

Doesn't WM have download versions available?

I'm sure the ones you saw on Amazon were purchased from WM and marked up. WM got their dough already.
