Journey people:suggestions, wishes and change for the better

Postby marijuana57 » Tue Jun 10, 2008 6:57 am

Many people seems happy, some people seems impressed and some still undecided... The new reincarnation of Journey makes me always wonder what do I really want them to be or what not to be :? ...?
As a new fan myself I'm easy to satisfy but if only...

I SUGGEST...though I really like their "national anthem" (GH) maybe they play more new songs in their tour.
I WISH...Arnel would be their last frontman (if only in my "wildest dream  )
and last IF ONLY I CAN CHANGE ONE THING WHAT WILL IT BE? :? Maybe if they can make more music suited for today's generation but sounding like the legacy sound (who knows..)

And what about you people? Fire away anything goes 8)
Con el nuevo Journey sigue siendo el mejor banda del rock...y despues de tantos anos la musica sigue vive...

I'd like to hear 5-6 songs off of the new album. Promote it...it's the first one post-Perry that's really worth it.

Release 'Turn Down the World Tonight' as a single at Christmas time, make a great video and promote the hell out of it.

There's only 4 songs off the new album that grab me. The rest I can take or leave. I'd love to hear these played live:

Sunshower
Change for the Better
Where did I lose your Love
What I Needed

I would like to hear these songs on their tour:

Change For The Better
What It Takes To Win
Where Did I Lose Your Love
What I Needed
Turn Down The World Tonight
Sunshower

I like all of them but I find myself playing What I Needed and Turn Down The World Tonight more.

I hope they play more new songs in Hammersmith on Tuesday.Honestly I don't know what to expect I never been to a Journey concert before or see a rock concert before so I'll be a bit skeptical into this. I'm going alone so we'll see if I can meet someone in there kinda' new to me. I just bought the CD yesterday and listened to the new songs yes just the new songs I don't know why...AP really sounds amazingly he's got this sound soothing voice if you know what I mean :o The CD costs me £12.99 in HMV a bit pricey but never mind we say it in spanish "vale la pena" it's worth it
