Gee, I just watched it....was that really Charlize Theron?
Steve Perry made such a big deal about letting the Soprano's play his tune, but this
movie was way more hard core....
I think she definitely deserved the awards she got for this.

Small and real are just fine. Bigger and fake are just better.

Anyone ever sen the Peter Jackson film " Heavenly Creatures"? It's another true story with lesbians and murder. It has a young Kate Winslett and the girl from the Charlie Sheen sitcom with the two dads ( I can't think of her name )

Great movie, but I could never be an actor that would let myself go physically that much just to play a role. Stallone did similar in Copland. Also would never feel the artistic desire as a thespian to smooch on another dude, either, to prove what great acting chops I have. Plenty of roles I could get that wouldn't require me to go so against my grain.

Sure, on the face and with fake teeth, but she also gained a bunch of weight (30 lbs.) for the role to get that extra dumpy appearance. So did Stallone in
Copland. Great that they are that committed to their craft, because I couldn't do that.
Charlize talks about it here:

Didn't Tom Hanks have to fatten himself up and then turn around and starve himself for Cast away?
I think he was already in his forties when he did the film. That had to be tough on him not to mention unhealthy.

Fuck that dude. tits are not a factor in perfection. As long as their bigger than most mens, it's *all* good.
Charlize is most certainly perfect, tits not withstanding....
