Does he ever take his jackets off? He looks hot, as in heat. He sounds pretty good.

He really let it go vocally in certain parts. lol..he had a "muscle shirt" on the night before. Here's Faithfully, with some awful sounding (and smelling I'm sure) Euros singing along.

I'm sorry but they really look like a tribute band in that clip, hard to watch.

They rocked that tune. AP's sounding great too.

Here's a 1983 live version:

Great quality clip, thanks! I do prefer Soto on this track, but this is a neat recording.

I don't think he did that bad of a job with it, but he's going to fry his voice in no time screaming like that! I think he should definitely stick to the lower notes on some of these songs...I hope he holds up.

I found this on the Festival's site: "Their first gig they did for 10,000 people, for their second 100,000. If that is not a flying start, what would it be?"

100,000??? Can you confirm this Andrew?

No idea what they are on about....more PR spin by the festival organizers I'd expect.

Helluva singer. I had a girlfriend that was a huge fan. So I got to listen to a lot of it. She almost got me to go to one of his concerts, but my grandmother died and saved me. My grandmother was always looking out for us grandchildren. :D

Agreed. 3 shows in a row and he's out there blasting the high notes like it's the last show of a tour. Though I'm sure he knows his voice, that was some awfully strenuous work on his chords. Sounded great, though. 8)

Arnel is out there doing what he supposed to do! Hes giving the crowd what they paid for. If he didn't then then people would say hes ducking notes. I never saw Steve Perry and said Aw Man he should take it easy.

About 16 feet (4.5 meters) There is a second stage that is in a circus tent off to one side wiht a smaller, more intimate feel.
Main stage is gigantic.
