If I remember it right, there's no effective medicine against virus. When I had flu, I just tried to get lots of rest (physical & mental) and drink lots of liquids (water & juices). BTW, (and this is not a paid advertisement!) I also massaged my forehead and neck sides with "Siang Pure Oil" (menthol, pepperment); put a little of the same oil on the tip of my nose and sniffed it. I made sure it did not get into my eyes! For some reason, this made me feel a little better--and caused me to get some sleep. Of course, this may or may not work for you.
