They've stumped their toe the last couple of years, but they can put together a winner like nobody's business. I think OU is the 8th all time winningest football team in the nation. Not too bad for a bunch of Okies. I guess you can throw a lot of Texans in there too, as they make up a big chunk of the enrollment there.
