Anyway under CA law any wealth held by either party before the union is not subject to dissolution.
however the rest is a stiff 50 50 unless modified by other documentation such as said Prenuptual Agreement.

Everything went great other than it was humid as hell and the reception hall's AC couldn't keep up. The band was fun although people were already leaving due to the heat. The keg kept the rest happy for a little while.
