My dad is like a savant when it comes to Cubs trivia. He actually went to one of the World Series games in the 1940s at Wrigley. He was a teenager at the time, and he took the bus after he got off work and got there in the 4th inning. He said the Cubs lost that game. Well I certianly hope they win a World series while your dad is alive. He's been around for far too many terrible seasons. Lifelong Cubs fans deserve to see them win a World Series. But it's not going to be this year unless they sign another top notch pitcher.

We had a guy in our league take him in the 11th round. It's STILL a bad pick, because he could've had him a lot later.
