I know I'll get my balls busted for this, but if you haven't heard the new Donna Summer CD, you should. It's amazing. Great production, great writing and some really cool sounds.

Not a bad return after 17 years. Her voice still sounds pretty strong. She could have a few hits off that album if it was promoted heavily.

It's her highest debut in her career. My favorite track is called "Slide Over Backwards". Really strange, really different.

Dude, I was joking. I might trash your politics and call you an idiot for believing in McSame or Bush, but I don't trash other people's taste in music. That's something that 13 year olds do.

That's the one where she injects a bit of the blues....swamp style...

Not sure how, or what the singles charts are like over there, but has Crayons been released as a single? That would fly over this side of the pond...

Bobby...you have to admit that Donna is a FAR cry from Melodic rock! Rick Springfield is absolutely melodic rock. I'm sure I'll be laughed at for this, but I like Celine Dion. You wouldn't see me making posts about her in the MR forum though. JUST SAYING!

You're right and I did not even think of the "melodic rock" thing. LOL That's how far I can get off track. I hope you're doing well. What's the latest on your music? I'm writing for a new CD right now and working on a covers project just for fun.

I want to check it out - I think I'll end up buying it quite soon. I like a certain amount of disco, so I can't go wrong here.
