JRNY Rocks Texas--Road (Kill) Report

For those poor souls marooned in the middle of the Pacific or in the icy wilds of Canada or elsewhere and not able to make it to the hottest set of weekend shows of the summer, Crazy Deb and I decided to report in.

Adventure started today on Padre Island partying with Dolly. Yes, beach in a hurricane; can't keep the chicas down.

Off tomorrow to meet up with Marie and the rest of the gang in San Antonio...

dangit. I had more hair on my head before the winds picked up. :shock:

We had dinner at the Water Street Oyster Bar, where Lula's birthday party was scheduled during the Journey 2005 show in Corpus Christi, but she got lost. :lol:

Onward to the San Antonio beach front. Is it still raining there y'all???

I know for certain Hurricane Rokken is about to hit Dallas Saturday, and with Saint John approaching from the North, and Crazy Deb and Dr. Fu converging at the same time, it will form what some experts are calling the "Perfect Storm".

I can't make Dallas because I work Monday. BTW, the two videos you played last night were great. Makes me wish I had gone to that motorcycle rally. :shock:

Sorry, Dokken played at the South Texas Music Festival. It was held on the grounds of Javelina Harley Davidson west of San Antonio.
The second video you played had some sharp vocals, sounded amazing through my headphones! Play one more and then we can unhijack the thread. :lol:
