Gramm vs Perry listenability

Postby StoneCold » Mon Jul 28, 2008 6:33 am

Not a contest of vocal prowess. Just personal preferences.

I never tire of Gramm's voice no matter how much Foreigner or solo I listen to whereas if I do a J marathon, after a while I do tire of Perry's voice.

To be fair this happens more with his TBF & FTLOS&M voice.

Any singers you never tire of? Mercury, Delp, DeYoung?

I can listen to the lady in your av all day long, Gordon. I love distinctive, one of a kind voices. Other female favorites of mine are Aimee Mann and Kate Bush.

Kate Bush is a great talent and back in the day she looked stunning...Aimee Mann's new album is supposed to be pretty good but i haven't heard it yet.....

I must have been 12-13 when Babooshka was released and what an effect that had!......

I could listen to Glenn Shorrock of LRB all day. He's got a smokey but pleasant voice that never goes too high or too low.

Streve Perry hands down. Gramm is not too bad, but I would never of put his name in the likes of Perry. It must be an American thing.
