Seems like a perfectly reasonable reason to shoot up a church, and commit a murder

Well, Liberals deserve this kind of treatment. They are ruining America, and Jesus himself will have to return to dispose of them properly. I would suspect He would finish off the Liberals before he dealt with the murderers, rapists, dictators, despots, and Bill O'Reilly.

So do Christians, apparently.

Now, Dave. I wouldn't extrapolate that from what I read.

After all, more people have died in the name of spreading Christianity than every other war in the history of modern civilization (see: Crusades, I-V).

Sure about that?? Check the Muslims out with what they have done, and continue to do (See Sudan).

Bringing up another wrong in no way corrects or justifies another. Nice try, though.

I'm not. That was all tongue-in-cheek. I'm so jaded and cynical about humanity's treatment of its fellows that it remains the easiest way to deal with our self-inflicted atrocities.

Ok....and until people stop labeling people, 'Libs', 'neo-cons'....blah, blah, blah....the world will continue to spiral out of control.....

I do not give a shit what a person's political leanings are....evidently, most people do.

Sadder yet, the shooter was allegedly angry for having his food stamps curtailed.
Not sure how the liberals are to blame, but Rush Limbaugh's brand of Rwandan genocidal radio will do that to some people.

A breaking story more warranting this forum's attention would be the wholesale politicization of the justice department.

They aren't and no one said they were. Only in the shooter's demented mind.

Do I really need to specify that I am referring to the shooter – y’know, the very topic of this thread?

Hannity and Limbaugh are on 500 stations.
Their stock-in-trade is demonization.
Be assured, this man is not alone in his thinking.

TNC- What in the world are you talking about? Somewhere the guy never got treatment for his delusions and his other mental problems. I will never understand why relatives can't get these people help ? There reality is not normal and sometimes scary for those that live with them.

Read the article, dick squatter.

He did not singlehandedly arrive at the conclusion that liberals are the wellspring of all of life's troubles.
In addition to his four page manifesto on "killing liberals", confiscated books by O'Reilly, Hannity, and Savage in his home now further confirm this

I love how Billy Boy rails against pornography, and yet wrote a horrendous novel (loaned to me sarcastically by a friend) which was eminently graphically sexual.

O'Reilly's an asshole who is only outpaced on-air in bullshitting and outright untruths by the Fatass Hypocrite himself, Limbaugh, who vents on and on acrimoniously about his hatred of welfare systems, even though he himself was unemployed for six years, doing little other than sitting around his house watching soap operas and baseball and gorging himself on pancakes and potato chips.

TNC- He fixated on Hnnity and Rush and in his crazy mind it makes sense to him. NORMAL people DO NOT DO THIS.

Plenty of "normal" people, some of whom are close friends of mine, are fixated on Bill and Blubber Butt. I don't hold it against them. It's just that I prefer to glean information about the world from reliable, unbiased sources.

If his grasp on the brink of sanity was slippery, 24/7 prodding from microphone-wielding Genghis Kahns doesn’t help.
Whatever drug addled prism he may have viewed the world from, the AM radio call to arms remains the same – liberals are destroying the country and fucking your wife.

Do you assign as much blame to Al Gore and his ilk to the damage that groups like the Sierra Club and other environmentalist organizations cause? Didn't think so.

WTF? What, are card-carrying ACLU members having shoot-em-ups at the RNC, fueled by their "misguided" passionate and fervent belief that burning 40% of the world's available fossil fuels in a one hundred year period may have possibly contributed to global warming? When was the last time a guy went postal, and quoted Al Franken before going into work and massacring 30 former co-workers?

I don’t come here to jawbone political, I only respond to existing threads.
If you wish to declare a fuckwa against the sun, you are free to do so.
...But don’t cry to me when the next polarbear-teeming iceberg sails downriver to your mobile home, resulting in the horrific, yet strangely erotic first ever bear-on-wife gangbang.

Somehow, comparing a serial arsonist tree-hugger to a murderer seems a bit of a stretch.

Again, you find me an article where someone quoted some angry, liberal-slanted position and then began killing people, and I will acquiesce.

I've heard this story on the news before...No one was killed that I'm aware of but it should suffice.
