AC/DC will kick off its first world tour in seven years on Halloween (October 31st) in Chicago, a source close to the band has told Harddrive Radio. No other details on the trek have been confirmed yet. The tour will come in support of the group's new album, Black Ice, which is due out on October 28th. A single titled "Rock and Roll Train" will arrive at radio stations around August 28th.

The last album was a step back toward the classic AC/DC sound. I hope they continue it with this.

I actually liked the title track the best.

I live in Chicago so this one is easy to make. All of the others just require that you remain single, don't have any kids and save money. It's really not all that expensive. Besides, winning a few thousand dollars in Vegas pretty much made my entire summer of seeing Journey 8-10 times all over the country and all of the other concerts I'm going to FREE!!! I have scheduled no trips that don't involve seeing friends or meeting new ones. That's what this all about. The concerts remain very secondary. No way I go to Texas if Gayle, Tony, Rick, Deb, Fu Fu, and Jen don't live there...as well as the many others that made the trip to Texas. Hope I didn't miss anyone!!!

PS Met "JSS Rocks" and he seemed like a very cool dude.

I've been trying to tell people this for years, when they ask me why I go to so many concerts. Of course, it's about the show, but it's fun just to travel and meet new people!

LMAO...AMEN!!

Agreed, Angie. The concert just give everyone an exact date to plan around rather than having everyone argue about which date is better for them. My motto is, "Here's the fucking date...be there or fuck you."   :P The concerts have been great, but they'll soon be all but forgettable. The memories I have will last forever. I think most of the friendships will as well. :)

PM me the number and I will. But seriously, if you want someone to do it and for it to work , Deb (Crazy Dulce Lady) is the person you need to talk to.
