So you like HL2 better than the 1st? For a sec I thought you didn't like "The Gift" but ok, no Journey related.

Pretty basic list for me though.

Gramm solos
Shadowking (Gramm)
Boston, 1st, 2nd & 3rd albums
Giant (both albums)
Foreigner - all
Styx
Kansas
REO - HiInfi (is this a MR album?)
Survivor
Hugo
Kevin Chalfant solos

I'm probably past 20 with these groups. I'll have to work on it for non-mainstream groups.

Excluding Journey and related, and the obvious mainstream stuff like VH, Boston, etc.:

Aldo Nova - his debut and Subject: Aldo Nova
Zebra - All of their albums are fantastic
Shy - Sunset & Vine
Kingdom Come - their first 3 albums
Giuffria - their debut
Baton Rouge - first two albums. Recently rediscovered them - still sounds fresh.

Oh, come on. If Jeff wasn't brilliant, dynamic, well-built, well-spoken, a fantastic musician, and good-looking, you'd want nothing to do with him.

A lot of the extremely obvious need not be mentioned, avoiding the heavyweight bands here as much as I can, with the exceptions of Styx and Survivor maybe just because they don't get as much love here as a few others...

Pride of Lions - Pride of Lions
Pride of Lions - The Destiny Stone
Survivor - Vital Signs
Survivor - Caught in the Game
Jimi Jamison - Empires
Jim Peterik - Above the Storm

Eric Carmen - Eric Carmen
Extreme - III

Genesis - Invisible Touch
Graeham Goble - The Days Ahead (2nd most recent studio album of one of the founders of Little River Band... great stuff, power pop/melodic rock)
Ides of March - Ideology
Huey Lewis & The News - Heart of Rock and Roll Best Of (not sure any one album qualifies but this comp is great)
Bad English - Greatest Hits (like Huey)
Little River Band - Test of Time (by new line-up... check it out)
Loverboy - Just Getting Started
Night Ranger - Seven Wishes
Night Ranger - Man In Motion
New England - New England
Phil Collins - Hits
